Reporting time 8.15 A. M. at M. D. Resident.
General duty time is 8.15 A. M. to 9.15 P. M. However sometimes duty hours may be extended after 9. 15 P. M.
Sunday is a holiday, but may be called on duty depending upon requirement and will be paid extra or compensatory holiday will be given with mutual understanding.
No sick leave or casual leave or any other paid holidays except 26th Jan, 1st May and 15th Aug.
Monthly consolidated salary will be paid on or before 10th of next month for the number of days worked in the previous month.
Driver is likely to be deputed on outstation duty with no extra allowance and appropriate arrangement will be made for food and lodging.
Driver will have lunch time 12.30 to 1.00 P. M. and will have to arrange lunch for himself while on duty. Lunch time will not be fixed and will be flexible depending upon circumstances. When on duty, driver must inform the M. D. before taking lunch break.
Incase of outstation deputation, driver may be called on duty early morning as early as 4.30 to 5.00 A.M.
Driver will be given dinner allowances of Rs.30 per dinner incase duty extends after 10.30. P. M.
Driver will have to wash the car daily and clean it from inside.
