Driver Sourcing Executive (Car Drivers)

We are looking for a Driver Sourcing Executive who will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding reliable and experienced car drivers for the company. The role involves field sourcing, networking, and maintaining a strong driver database to fulfill operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit skilled car drivers through field visits, local agencies, referrals, job boards, and social media.

Conduct initial screening to ensure drivers meet company requirements (valid license, background check, experience, etc.).

Maintain a driver pipeline and update the database regularly.

Organize driver onboarding, training, and documentation.

Build strong relationships with local driver communities, placement agencies, and unions.

Track driver attendance, retention, and performance in coordination with operations.

Handle queries, grievances, and assist in resolving issues between drivers and management.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or graduate (preferred).

Experience in driver sourcing, field recruitment, or blue-collar hiring is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of local areas and driver networks.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
