Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation of company staff, guests, and materials as per the organization’s requirements, while maintaining the vehicle in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive company vehicles for official purposes including staff transport, client visits, and material delivery.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good running condition.
Perform routine checks on vehicles (oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.) and report any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Adhere to all traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures.
Ensure proper documentation (license, insurance, PUC, etc.) is valid and up to date.
Assist in loading and unloading materials or documents as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while transporting company officials and documents.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education.
Valid driving license (LMV/HMV as applicable).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a company or personal driver.
Good knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance.
Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
Ability to communicate politely and professionally.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends or extended hours when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
