Job Description: As a Valet Parking Driver with Khandelwal Jewellers, you will be responsible for providing a convenient and efficient valet parking experience to our customers. You will ensure the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Parking:

• Greet arriving customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Safely park and retrieve customers' vehicles in designated parking areas.
• Follow established parking procedures and maintain a neat and organized parking area.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parking needs.
• Assist passengers with getting in and out of their vehicles when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Vehicle Safety:

• Drive vehicles carefully and obey all traffic laws and regulations.
• Safeguard the security of parked vehicles and report any issues or incidents.
• Ensure the cleanliness and condition of parked vehicles.
• Report any operational issues or customer feedback to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills and familiarity with various vehicle types.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer demands.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, run, and stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
