Driving Duties:
Safely transport office staff, documents, and goods to designated locations.
Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fuelled at all times.
Handle deliveries and pick-ups of food items or office-related materials as required.
Adhere to traffic laws and company travel guidelines.
Office Support:
Assist with filing, photocopying, and other basic office tasks.
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests when needed.
Run errands such as post office, bank, courier services, etc.
Food Delivery Facilitation:
Coordinate with kitchen/catering staff for timely food pickup and delivery.
Deliver meals to designated locations (clients or staff) as per schedule.
Ensure hygiene and proper packaging during transport.
Maintenance Support:
Monitor and report any facility maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, cleaning, etc.).
Liaise with external vendors or service personnel for minor repair tasks.
Assist in organizing and tidying up office and pantry areas.
