Job Title: Driver cum Store Assistant Company: DOZCO India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Ernakulam Salary: ₹22,000 per month Education: Plus Two (12th) or above License Requirement: Valid Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) licence & Two-Wheeler licence (mandatory) ⸻ Job Purpose To support branch logistics by safely transporting materials and assisting in store operations including picking, packing, and loading. The role ensures timely delivery, accurate handling of spares, and smooth functioning of day-to-day warehouse activities. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Driving & Delivery • Safely operate company LCV and two-wheeler for pickup and delivery of materials. • Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers and branch locations. • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, regular service schedules, and basic upkeep. • Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines. Store Assistance • Assist in picking, packing, sorting, and labeling materials. • Support loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse. • Maintain accurate stock handling as instructed by Store In-charge. • Help with physical stock verification and binning activities. • Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with company safety norms. ⸻ Skills & Competencies • Good driving skills with knowledge of local routes. • Basic understanding of store/warehouse operations. • Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading activities. • Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to take instructions. • Ability to work as part of a team. ⸻ Experience • 1–3 years of experience in driving or warehouse-related work preferred. • Freshers with valid licences and willingness to learn may also apply.
