Job Description

The Driver cum Office Assistant will be responsible for providing reliable driving support, ensuring safe transportation of staff/documents, and assisting with day-to-day office administration tasks. This role requires a dependable and disciplined individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be perfect in driving and must handle office assistant tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

Safely drive company staff, visitors, and clients to required destinations.
Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and regularly serviced.
Adhere to traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.
Maintain daily logbooks, fuel records, and service schedules.
Handle minor repairs and coordinate with service centers for major maintenance.

Office Assistant Duties:

Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
Running errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and making bank deposits.

Requirements:

Valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory).
Ability to handle deliveries efficiently and on time
Good manners and professional conduct.
LOCATION: Preferably within city limits.
GENDER : Male
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years
