Drawing Coordinator

Role & responsibilities Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. Develop and review civil engineering plans, profiles, cross-sections, and detailed drawings for construction projects. Ensure all drawings comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine design concepts. Participate in project meetings to discuss design requirements, modifications, and progress. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Documentation: Maintain and organize project files, including all drawings, specifications, and revisions. Prepare and update project documentation, such as bill of quantities (BOQ), material lists, and construction schedules. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather data and measurements for project designs. Inspect completed projects to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant software. Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles and construction techniques. Should be have knowledge of each work item. Able to make Detail Shop Drawing [ Related Civil Work / Finishing Work ] Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design. Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and plans. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Ability to visit construction sites.
