Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is met.
Develop and maintain accurate records of designs, drawings, and models.
Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving design processes.

Job Requirements

Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Experience working in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
