Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drama Mentor located in Hyderabad. The Drama Mentor will conduct classes, develop lesson plans, and actively engage students in various drama activities. The responsibilities also include nurturing students' confidence, creativity, and communication abilities. The mentor will collaborate with other team members to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in drama, theater, or performing arts
• Communication skills and ability to engage with students
• Teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience
• Creativity and ability to develop engaging lesson plans
• A positive and encouraging attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children or young adults is a plus
