We are currently seeking a full-time Draftsperson for an on-site role in Malappuram. The primary responsibility of the Draftsperson will be to meticulously create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. Using CAD software and 3D modeling tools, the Draftsperson will generate renderings and collaborate with both the architecture and interior design teams to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of all designs. Daily tasks will include producing blueprints, revising drawings, and ensuring adherence to building regulations and codes. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools, along with strong technical drawing and drafting skills. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards is essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills are crucial for collaborating with various teams, and the ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines is imperative. While a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, experience in the architecture or construction industry would be advantageous.,
