JOB SUMMARY

Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team in Thrikkakara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings, preparing permit drawings, and delivering detailed civil design documents using AutoCAD and Revit. The role also requires working knowledge of the K-SMART website for uploading and managing permit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and permit drawings for civil and architectural projects.

Draft and detail structural, architectural, and site layout drawings as per project requirements. Develop precise technical drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Revit.

Ensure compliance of drawings with local authority regulations and company standards. Upload and manage permit drawings through the K-SMART portal.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers for accuracy and design changes .Maintain systematic drawing records, revisions, and documentation.

Qualification -

Diploma or Degree in civil engineering.

proven experience as a civil Draftsman. Experience in preparing permit drawing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
