Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with a background in civil and mechanical drafting. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AutoCAD and experience in preparing industrial and office layout drawings. The role involves drafting, reviewing construction drawings, and making minor on-site modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Fundamentals:

• Apply knowledge of basic civil and mechanical design principles in daily drafting tasks.
  
• Understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  

2. AutoCAD Drafting:

• Use the latest version of AutoCAD to create accurate 2D drawings.
  
• Prepare civil and mechanical drawings as per design and layout requirements.
  

3. Layout Preparation:

• Design and draft industrial layouts, office layouts, and building utility plans.
  
• Ensure adherence to space planning and design standards.
  

4. Drawing Review & Modifications:

• Review construction drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
  
• Make small updates or modifications to drawings at the site when required.
  

5. Coordination:

• Work closely with engineers and site teams to understand drawing requirements.
  
• Support project execution by providing updated and correct drawings.
  

Required Skills:
