Draftsman

The Draftsman position is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh. As a Draftsman, your primary responsibility will be to develop precise technical drawings and plans utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Your daily tasks will involve creating various architectural and structural plans, conducting site surveys, revising designs based on feedback, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and SketchUp. A solid grasp of architectural and engineering principles is essential, along with experience in detailed technical drafting and construction document creation. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount in all your work, as is the ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with architects, engineers, and project managers. Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities will be crucial for success in this position. Ideally, you should possess a relevant degree or certification in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with building codes and regulations is highly beneficial. Previous experience in residential and commercial construction projects would be advantageous but is not a strict requirement.,
