Drafter

You will be working as a Drafter in a full-time hybrid role for Patron Constructions, based in Thiruvananthapuram with some work-from-home flexibility. Your main responsibilities will include creating detailed technical drawings and plans, collaborating with engineers and architects, preparing and reviewing rough sketches, and ensuring that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with updating and modifying existing drawings, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in the cost estimation and material specification process. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in using CAD software and drafting tools, possess a solid understanding of engineering and architectural principles, demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings, and exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. You must also have the ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints, be knowledgeable about industry standards and regulations, have experience in project documentation and cost estimation, and be able to work independently while effectively managing your time. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Previous experience in a Drafter role would be advantageous.,
