Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge. Required Skills and Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with DotNetCore20. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Proficiency in C# and .NET framework. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
