The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst role is a senior position that involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. The primary objective of this position is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will be responsible for partnering with multiple management teams to ensure the integration of functions aligns with goals, identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements, and resolve high-impact problems/projects through detailed evaluation of complex business processes and system processes. Your expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming will be crucial in ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. You will need to utilize your advanced knowledge of system flow to develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards, and gain a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of business integrate to achieve business goals. As a lead analyst, you will provide in-depth analysis, interpretive thinking, and develop innovative solutions. You will also act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocate work as necessary, assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Qualifications: - 13+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
