Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Development & Delivery

Hands-on development using
C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web API, and Entity Framework
.
Design and optimize databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS).
Implement microservices-based architecture and RESTful APIs.
Ensure integration with front-end, mobile, and third-party systems.
Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, DevOps, Product).
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Provide technical insights during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

Quality & Performance

Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend systems.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization.
Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability.

8+ years
of experience in software development with
3+ years in a lead/architect role
.
Strong expertise in:

C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web API
Entity Framework / Dapper / LINQ
SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
Microservices architecture, REST APIs
Azure / AWS cloud platforms

Good understanding of
design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
.
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with
message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
.
Exposure to
NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
.
Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
Frontend exposure (Angular/React) for cross-functional collaboration.
