•    Lead end-to-end application development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
•    Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.•    Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and best practices.•    Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.•    Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.•    Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.•    Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
