Dot Net Support Engineer

Description We are seeking a skilled Dot Net Support Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies and a proven track record of providing technical support for applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the optimal performance of our .NET applications. Responsibilities Provide technical support for .NET applications and frameworks to ensure seamless functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs in existing software. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Assist in the deployment and configuration of .NET applications in production environments. Document support processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in .NET application support and maintenance. Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core, including ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET. Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. Familiarity with web services (REST and SOAP) and microservices architecture. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques for .NET applications. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
