Position:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead with 7+ years of expertise to lead a team of 6-8 developers. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the Microsoft .NET stack, comprehensive database knowledge, and proficiency in both 2-tier and 3-tier architecture. This role demands a hands-on approach, emphasizing the setup of frameworks, mentorship, problem-solving, and adherence to best practices within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design:

  Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using 2-tier and 3-tier architecture.

• Framework Development:

  Establish and maintain development frameworks and coding standards to ensure consistency and quality.

• Technical Leadership:

  Guide and mentor development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Task Breakdown:

  Decompose complex concepts into manageable tasks, facilitating efficient development and delivery.

• Problem Resolution:

  Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

• Hands-On Development:

  Actively participate in coding activities, setting a standard for code quality and best practices.

• Agile Practices:

  Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure continuous delivery of features.

• Cloud Integration:

  Architect and deploy applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and practices, integrating them into development processes as appropriate.

Must-Have Skills:

• Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with the MS .NET stack, incl. C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Understanding of database design and mgmt., particularly with SQL Server.
• Solid grasp of 2-tier and 3-tier architectural patterns and their implementation.

• Leadership Abilities:

• Proven experience in leading dev. teams, with a focus on skill development.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable tasks for team members.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

• Demonstrated capability in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical challenges effectively.

• Development Standards:

• In-depth knowledge of coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to ensure high-quality code.

• Agile Methodology:

• Experience working within Agile frameworks, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

• Cloud Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, including deployment and management of applications.

• DevOps Practices and Tooling:

• Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery efficiency.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Database Management:

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, complementing traditional SQL.

• API Design and Integration:

• Understanding of designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs for efficient data communication.

• Cybersecurity Awareness:

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and understanding common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top Ten) to protect applications and data.

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
