Dot Net Lead

As an experienced .NET developer with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve working with various stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. You will prioritize requirements, define scope, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables within the available resources. Your responsibilities will include creating a high-level design of application components, database design, coding, code reviews, and devising build and deployment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the team to develop project deliverables, such as implementation plans, project schedules, and project budgets. - Execute projects with the team and track progress with the Project Manager. - Perform code reviews, track bugs reported by the QA team, and resolve them with the help of the development team. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to the team. - Interact with customers during project execution to ensure timely deliverables that meet requirements. - Perform application performance tuning. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, ADO.NET, WCF, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and other JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with relational databases, widely used design patterns, and SQL Server database design. - Hands-on experience in developing scalable and secure server and client-based solutions using .NET technologies. - Proficiency in performance tuning, code optimization, continuous integration tools, and Azure Services. - Good team management skills. - Knowledge of NOSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Cloud services (AWS, Azure), Linux, Application Servers, Reporting tools like SSRS/Crystal Reports, and Project/Bug tracking tools.
