Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement discussions and detailed documentation.
Design technical solutions and prepare corresponding documentation.
Support the end-to-end project lifecycle by coordinating with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
Assist in project planning, sprint tracking, and milestone monitoring using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
Maintain project documentation including charters, timelines, and performance metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS reports for senior technology and business stakeholders.
Track resource utilization, capacity planning, and project onboarding/offboarding activities.
Coordinate project governance processes such as status reviews, change requests, and audit readiness.
Work closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to ensure delivery health and timely updates.
Identify risks, dependencies, and follow up with teams for mitigation and closure.
