Role & responsibilities

Design and develop
Door

trim components -New Product developement experience
Create
3D models and 2D drawings
using CAD software (CATIA V5, 3DX).
Ensure
tooling feasibility
, including parting lines, sliders/lifters, and master sections.
Conduct
packing studies
and resolve design issues using analytical skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet
project milestones and timelines
.
Maintain
design documentation
and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Strong knowledge of
plastic part design
, injection molding, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in
CATIA V5
, solid modeling, and surfacing.
Familiarity with
automotive product development cycles
and gateway processes.
Excellent
problem-solving
, communication, and project management skills.
