Job Title: Female Door-to-Door Fundraiser

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and confident female Door-to-Door Fundraiser to join our team. In this role, you will represent our organization by visiting households, raising awareness about our mission, and securing financial support. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who are persuasive, goal-oriented, and passionate about making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned areas to introduce the organization’s work.
• Engage residents in conversations, explain fundraising goals, and encourage them to contribute.
• Secure one-time or recurring donations and maintain accurate donor records.
• Meet and exceed fundraising targets to maximize earnings.
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold its values.
• Provide feedback on outreach activities to the fundraising team.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and resilience in approaching and persuading new people.
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Physically able to walk and canvass for extended periods.
