Domestic Voice Support Executive (Process: GDJ-MUMBAI)

Process Name:GDJ-MUMBAI (Domestic Voice Support)

Location:Malad - Mumbai

Experience:1+ Year in a BPO/Call Center environment (Voice Process preferred)

Qualification:Any Graduate or Undergraduate (HSC/12th Pass)

Language Skills:Fluent English and Fluent Hindi (Mandatory)

Working Days:6 Days Working (Rotational Shifts/Offs may apply)

Salary (CTC)₹33,000 CTC per month (Approx.)

Salary (Take Home)₹28,000 Take Home per month (Approx.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally in both English and Hindi.
  • Act as the first point of contact to address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests regarding company products/services.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information by using the company's resources and systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively on the first call, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to all company policies, communication scripts, and quality standards.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time (AHT), and resolution rate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of documented experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service environment (Voice Process is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in both Fluent English and Fluent Hindi (non-negotiable).
  • Minimum educational qualification is Any Graduate .
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and remain calm while dealing with difficult or challenging customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to navigate customer management software (CRM) simultaneously while on a call.
  • Willingness to work in a 6-day work week environment, which may include rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
