Job Description

Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups or sales (if applicable).

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Meet daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil ,Hindi and English.

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Patience and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Must be comfortable with handling voice calls.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
