Job Description: As a Domestic Technical Recruiter for our organization in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. This will involve sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our Hyderabad operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to comprehend requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions - Source potential candidates using various channels - Screen applicants and conduct interviews - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements - Ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and the organization Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably for domestic (India-based) roles - Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry demands - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media sourcing - Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions concurrently Kindly share your resume at giribabu@pranathiss.com if you are interested in this opportunity.
