Domain Expert

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Trainer to conduct practical and theory sessions for students under the Uttarakhand Youth Upskilling Programme (UYUP) 2025–26 at GITI Kalsi.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering sessions on Electrician and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) trades and guiding students through hands-on training and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical sessions for ITI students.
• Deliver training as per the provided syllabus and module plan.
• Demonstrate use of tools, electrical equipment, and RAC systems.
• Guide students in basic technical concepts, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Support students in resume making, interview preparation, and OJT readiness.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with REACHA programme team for smooth delivery of classes.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and RAC equipment.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to handle practical lab sessions confidently.
• Willingness to work with youth and support their learning.

Eligibility:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / RAC)
• 0–2 years of experience in training or related technical work
• Freshers with good technical and communication skills can also apply

Remuneration:

As per experience and project norms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
