Documentum Specialist

As a skilled Documentum Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Documentum-based systems. Your role will involve ensuring high system performance, data integrity, and compliance, as well as providing support to end-users and collaborating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation & Configuration: Deploy and configure Documentum solutions tailored to meet business requirements. - System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Documentum environments and promptly resolve any issues that arise. - Upgrades & Patches: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and performance enhancements. - Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements. - End-User Support: Provide training, support, and guidance on Documentum functionalities. - Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor system health and optimize for performance and stability. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Documentum systems. - Skills: - Strong understanding of document management principles. - Proficiency in Documentum installation, configuration, and support. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
