As a Senior Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Documentum D2, your role will involve a combination of Sales & Marketing and Regulatory Compliance expertise. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation and maintenance of Documentum D2 solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. - Overseeing the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory compliance standards. - Providing expert guidance on best practices for Documentum D2 to optimize system performance and user experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conducting regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring data integrity and security. - Developing and delivering training programs for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Documentum D2. - Monitoring system performance and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensuring all projects comply with relevant sales and marketing regulations and standards. - Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity. - Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support project outcomes and regulatory compliance. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Documentum D2-related issues. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Documentum D2 and regulatory compliance. - Fostering a collaborative work environment to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Possessing a strong technical background in Documentum D2 with at least 8 years of hands-on experience. - Demonstrating expertise in Sales & Marketing and Regulatory Compliance domains. - Exhibiting excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Displaying a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends. - Holding a relevant certification in Documentum D2 or a related field. Please note that Documentum D2 certification is required, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred for this role.
