Documentation Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Officer to handle admission and visa processes for Europe. You will be responsible for managing student files, ensuring compliance with European university and embassy requirements, and providing clear guidance to students throughout their application journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and organize student documents for European universities and visa submissions.
• Ensure compliance with embassy guidelines and country-specific requirements.
• Liaise with European universities and embassies for application updates and clarifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all applications and documentation.
• Assist students and parents with clear instructions on required documents and timelines.
• Track visa status and follow up proactively to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in documentation or visa processing for Europe (preferred).
• Strong understanding of European admission and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
