Job Description

Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and related financial documents.

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including record keeping

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records as per company policies.

Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify documentation.

Organize physical and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.

Support audits and internal reviews by providing required documentation promptly.

Monitor and maintain document control systems and filing standards.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in documentation, invoicing, or administrative roles.

Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and document management software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
