Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify documentation.
Organize physical and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.
Support audits and internal reviews by providing required documentation promptly.
Monitor and maintain document control systems and filing standards.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in documentation, invoicing, or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and document management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
