Documentation Engineer (CCTV & Fire Alarm Systems)

As a Documentation Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator specializing in CCTV & Fire Alarm Systems, your role at Ascent Networks Pvt. Ltd. (ANPL) will involve compiling, organizing, and managing all project-related documentation for various systems such as CCTV, Fire Detection, Gas Detection, Access Control, Networking, and IT Infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all project documents are accurate, updated, compliant, and submitted on time according to client and organizational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Compile, organize, and maintain all project documents, including datasheets, technical submittals, BOQs, QAPs, drawings, certifications, and As-built of Documents. - Manage a centralized documentation repository with accurate version control. - Improve documentation templates, workflows, and develop standard document packs. - Review tender documents and extract key requirements for tender, HR, and other departments. - Coordinate with project teams, site staff, OEMs, & vendors to collect and verify documents. - Track documentation deliverables and ensure timely submissions to clients and internal teams. **Required Qualifications:** - Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, Telecom, Electrical) or relevant field. - 1 to 10 years of experience in documentation or project coordination in EPC, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fire & Gas, CCTV, Networking, or Automation sectors. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong documentation and technical understanding. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. - Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
