Documentation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation:

• Prepare, update, and maintain employee files and master database.
• Handle appointment letters, ID cards, bank account forms, and joining documentation.
• Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
• Track pending documents (e.g., ID proof, educational certificates, medical reports) and follow up with candidates/employees.
• Provide documentation support during HR audits.

Recruitment:

• Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Multi-tasking and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,032.73 - ₹12,000.00 per month
