Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Documentation Assistant to join our team for the night shift at our Zirakpur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing important documents related to immigration processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and organize client data and documents in digital formats.
• Prepare, review, and verify immigration-related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely document submissions.
• Track and update document status in the system.
• Follow standard procedures and quality checks to ensure document accuracy.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.A, B.Com, BBA, etc.)
• 0–2 years of experience in documentation or back-office roles (Freshers can apply)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good written communication skills
• Must be comfortable with onsite working
