Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and format pages in Google Docs according to project specifications.
Apply consistent pagination, headings, and page layout styles.
Manage headers, footers, page breaks, and numbering accurately.
Insert and format tables, images, and hyperlinks as required.
Review and ensure that formatting meets client and quality standards.
Collaborate with QC teams to finalize deliverables on schedule.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Google Docs, including pagination and page setup features.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word formatting (preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and consistency in document formatting.
Ability to manage repetitive formatting tasks efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream.

Prior experience in document formatting, publishing, or content production preferred.
