Job Description

The Electronic Document Processors at NDC are responsible for reviewing claim-related electronic documents with efficiency and accuracy. Your primary role will involve evaluating the quality of each document, ensuring correct scanning of all pages, and requesting rescans whenever necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for reordering document pages, including necessary envelope copies for regulatory compliance, and determining the appropriate document type based on established guidelines or your judgment. As an Electronic Document Processor, you will also be tasked with splitting original documents into multiple child documents as needed and identifying the correct Company, Line of Business, Claim System, and claims to file the document against. Any document exceptions should be routed to the appropriate handling queue following established business rules. To excel in this role, you must maintain your knowledge base by reviewing reference materials, attending training sessions, and applying feedback received from mentors and supervisors. Data entry experience of 1 to 3 years is preferred for this position.
