Job Description:

currently seeking a motivated individual to join as an On-Field Office Assistant. This dynamic role requires a candidate

with a valid two-wheeler license and a willingness to actively engage in on-field activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Document Collection:

 Visit clients and external partners to collect necessary documents and information.

 Ensure the secure and timely transfer of collected documents to the office.

2. On-Field Assistance:

 Assist in the coordination of on-field events, meetings, and promotional activities.

 Support marketing initiatives by distributing promotional materials as required.

3. Travel Coordination:

 Coordinate travel logistics for on-field executives and ensure smooth transportation arrangements.

 Keep track of travel expenses and maintain accurate records.

4. Administrative Support:

 Provide on-field administrative support as needed, including filing and documentation.

 Collaborate with other departments for seamless on-field operations.

Requirements:

 Possession of a valid two-wheeler license is compulsory.

 Proven ability to work effectively in an on-field capacity.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.

 Basic administrative and organizational skills.

 Flexibility to adapt to changing on-field requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
