Document Collection Executive

As a professional responsible for asset management, your primary duties will involve receiving and verifying assets. This includes confirming that the correct items have been received and ensuring they match the accompanying documentation. You will also be required to document asset movements, tracking the location and status of assets throughout their lifecycle and updating inventory records accordingly. Another key aspect of your role will be scheduling and coordinating pickups. This will involve arranging for the efficient collection of assets from various locations, such as employee desks, storage areas, or client sites. You will also be responsible for packing and preparing assets for transport, ensuring that items are properly secured for safe handling and transit. In addition, you will need to verify the condition of assets and document any issues or damage before and after transport. Properly documenting asset condition is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring accountability. As part of asset management, you will also be involved in disposing of assets when necessary. This will involve preparing documentation and coordinating with appropriate parties for asset disposal, which may include recycling or salvage. Maintaining accurate records of asset movements and status within the company's asset management software is essential to track the lifecycle of assets effectively. You will be responsible for updating asset management systems and ensuring that all information is up to date. This role is offered as a part-time, freelance position with a contract length of 11 months. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus available.
