Job Summary:

Document Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Document Collection

    • Collect required documents from clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely and accurate collection of all relevant documentation.

Coordination with Valuers

    • Liaise with valuers to ensure the timely exchange of documents.
    • Follow up with valuers and other parties for any pending or missing documents.

Site Visits

    • Conduct site visits for document collection as per the requirement.
    • Verify the authenticity and accuracy of the documents collected during site visits.

Accounting Knowledge

    • Use basic accounting knowledge to verify documents and maintain records accurately.
    • Ensure that documents align with financial data and systems.

Proficiency in Tally Prime

    • Assist with document-related data entry and record maintenance in Tally Prime.
    • Ensure all data is entered accurately and updated as per organizational requirements.

Excel and Word Proficiency

    • Maintain and organize data in

      Microsoft Excel

      for reporting and tracking purposes.
    • Use

      Microsoft Word

      for creating reports, letters, and communication as required.

Patience and Professionalism

    • Demonstrate patience and professionalism while dealing with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure that all communications and document-related tasks are handled efficiently and with a high level of customer service.

Work Flexibility

    • Willing to work outside regular hours, including before or after standard working hours, depending on the volume of work.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in handling fluctuating workloads.

Formal Attire

    • Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the

    : Graduation in

    B. Com

    (Bachelor of Commerce).
  • Languages

    : Proficiency in

  • Technical Skills

    • Tally Prime

      proficiency.
    • Microsoft Excel

      Word

      proficiency.
  • Experience

    : 2-4 years of relevant experience in document handling, coordination, or accounting.
  • Transportation

    : Must have a

    two-wheeler with a valid license

    for site visits.
  • Communication Skills

    : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
  • Patience

    : Must be patient while working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
