Job Summary:

Doctor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical examinations, take medical histories, and assess patient conditions.
Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatments, medications, or therapies.
Provide follow-up care and monitor patients' progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
Refer patients to specialists or other medical professionals when necessary.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to medical ethics, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Participate in medical audits, reviews, or quality improvement initiatives (as applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBBS degree from a recognized institution (MD/MS/DNB preferred for specialized roles).
Valid medical license/registration with [Medical Council of India / State Medical Council].
[010+] years of clinical experience (depending on role).
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Compassionate and patient-centric approach.
Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
