Doctor Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospital staff.
• Regularly visit assigned doctors to explain company services/products and address queries.
• Act as a single point of contact between doctors and the organization.
• Ensure timely communication of updates, schemes, and service enhancements to doctors.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with doctors.
• Collect feedback from doctors and report insights to the management team.
• Support on - boarding of new doctors and ensure proper documentation.
• Track doctor engagement, visits, and interactions through reports or CRM systems.
• Resolve issues or escalations raised by doctors in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in organizing medical camps, CMEs, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned targets related to doctor engagement and business growth.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare/medical industry (preferred).
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
  

Experience

• 13 years of experience in doctor relations, healthcare sales, medical marketing, or similar roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
