DNS Specialist

As a DNS Specialist at OSTTRA India, you will be a crucial member of the global network infrastructure team responsible for office, data center, and cloud network infrastructure. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of networking principles, proficiency in Linux operating systems, and expertise in various DNS technologies such as BIND, Route53, and Google Cloud DNS. **Responsibilities:** - Architect and optimize DNS infrastructure for global scale - Demonstrate proficiency in Linux operating systems - Implement and manage DNS technologies including BIND, Route53, and Google Cloud DNS - Ensure adherence to DNS protocols, standards, and best practices - Collaborate with the global network infrastructure team to support office, data center, and cloud network infrastructure **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Computer Science or a related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in network operations and architecture - Proficiency in DNS protocols, standards, and best practices - Knowledge of DNS-related technologies such as DNSSEC, DANE, and Anycast - Hands-on experience with BIND, Route53, Google Cloud DNS, Infoblox, and Unbound - Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and HTTPS - Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure - Familiarity with configuration management and change management - Experience with Linux operating systems - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and network automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Python At OSTTRA, you will be part of a global team that processes over 100 million messages a day, playing a vital role in automated trade processing and global capital markets operations.
