Job Description

As a Support Engineer for DMS Support for Yamaha Dealers, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to Yamaha dealers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to the Dealer Management System (DMS). Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate a strong understanding of application development and deployment processes - Utilize basic knowledge of databases to troubleshoot issues effectively - Communicate clearly and effectively with Yamaha dealers to provide excellent customer support - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to ensure timely resolution of issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues - Strong understanding of application development and deployment processes - Basic knowledge of databases - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality support to Yamaha dealers,
