Be well is a chain of "Small Giant" Multi speciality hospitals creating the most innovative healthcare infrastructure for small towns in India.Branches: Chennai - T.Nagar, Kilpauk, Poonamallee, Ambattur, Pondicherry, Pudukottai, Sivakasi, Tuticorin, Erode and Nagercoil.Roles and Responsibilities:1) Attend all ward rounds.2) Follow up patient.3) Ensure that discharge summaries, medication charts and fluid orders are completed.4) Assess patients if their condition deteriorates and / or the caring nurse is concerned.5) Attend outpatients.6) Function as part of multidisciplinary team rounds for Inpatient care and document in the forms provided in the Inpatient records.7) Complete a brief admission examination on each patient when appropriate and document clinical findings.8) Attend ward rounds with consulting staff, as required, and be available to discuss patient treatment plans.9) Inform admitting consultants of changes in medical condition of patients and relevant action taken.10) Follow the instructions of consultants for their specific regime for each individual patient.11) Perform clinical procedures as requested by consultant medical staff and nursing staff, these may include phlebotomy and the administration of intravenous drugs to patients.12) Initiate and alter -in-patient prescriptions at consultant’s request.13) Write up “to take home prescriptions” for patients as required.14) Visit patients as required at the request of the nursing staff.15) Visit all in – patients daily and document in clinical notes.16) To be familiar with all relevant procedures/policies.17) To participate in clinical audit and implementation of clinical governance.18) Participates and contributes to all the quality improvement activities of the service.19) Participates in any training/academic activities of Be Well Hospital.20) Adheres to the bylaws, rules and regulations of the Be Well Hospital and assures that work performed is in keeping with the established standards of NABH.21) Performs any other tasks and duties appropriate to his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
