District Coordinator

The District Coordinator oversees and steers project implementation, stakeholder alignment, and team coordination across district-level operations. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring programs are delivered effectively while fostering community and institutional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Implementation
• Develop, fine-tune, and execute district-level implementation plans in line with organizational strategy and targets.
• Track progress against timelines and budgets, supporting course corrections as needed.

• Team Leadership & Supervision
• Manage and mentor field staff—such as Field Officers, Trainers, Social Mobilizers—from planning through execution stages.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and facilitate capacity-building or coaching.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as liaison between government officials, NGOs, line departments, and community leaders to ensure alignment and resource access.
• Convene and participate in district-level meetings or workshops to drive collaboration and accountability.
• Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
• Oversee data collection, validate accuracy, and prepare regular updates: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or per donor requirements.
• Document outcomes, challenges, and success stories to support learning and program refinement.
• Space-Specific Activities
• Tailor interventions: For example, in agricultural projects, map farming practices and develop technical linkages with institutions like ICAR.
• In health-focused roles, partner with local authorities on maternal and newborn health, resilience-building, or social protection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,029.34 - ₹25,603.80 per month
