Distributor Resource Planner

As a Distribution Resource Planner at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply to customers and/or Eastman sites by maintaining a balance between supply, demand, and inventory. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Distribution Planner and various stakeholders to address supply-related queries and report to the Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Comply with Eastman's safety and wellness requirements and actively participate in fostering a safety culture. - Develop and sustain the 6-12 month rolling supply plan for assigned product lines, engaging with business partners on supply-related inquiries. - Assist the Supply Manager in formulating the 24-month supply plan for designated product lines. - Analyze demand data, assess forecast accuracy, and take necessary measures in coordination with the commercial team. - Utilize key analytics to achieve an optimal demand & supply equilibrium, including re-ordering strategy and execution. - Attend regional OpEx meetings for business planning purposes. - Establish, review, and manage inventory measures like safety stock review and dead stock review. - Perform master data analysis and maintenance to enhance planning outcomes. - Enhance product and market knowledge and align with business strategies for the relevant product range. - Conduct monthly reconciliations of inventory levels stored at 3rd party warehouses, ensuring appropriate approvals for adjustments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor or master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Preferably hold an APICS CPIM or equivalent certification. - Minimum of 1 year of Planning or Supply Chain experience in an international setting. - Proficient in analytical skills and advanced Excel usage. - Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. - Experience with SAP/ERP systems is beneficial.
