Investigate and troubleshoot customer inquiries and cases logged by Collectors or Customer Support Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues Work cases logged by collectors, maintaining case updates regularly and accurately Prioritize dispute cases based on impact to business, with consideration to customer, value and ageing
