Dispute Chargeback Leader

You are a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in Banking and Cards Disputes, chargebacks, and Arbitration processes. You possess a strong understanding of Disputes Management, including knowledge of VISA operating rules and chargeback guidelines. A minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business/Finance/Accounting related field, is required for this role. As a Senior Manager/AGM in the Disputes Chargeback team located in Hyderabad, you are responsible for leading a team of at least 50+FTEs. Your key responsibilities include tracking SLAs and cut-offs, conducting daily meetings with the Onshore Service Manager to review workflow and reports, monitoring quality, ensuring compliance with process documentation, and utilizing Microsoft tools for efficient workflow management. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders for project coordination, risk assessment, and audit documentation. Managing client expectations and coordinating with vendors for regular activities are crucial aspects of the role. Your expertise in Disputes management, Cards Fraud, and Arbitration processes, coupled with strong data entry, analytical, and communication skills, will be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, possess general management skills, and exhibit flexibility to work in various shifts.
